Why organize a PDF
A scan done out of order, a duplicate page, a blank sheet in the middle of a file: these small flaws make reading harder and look sloppy. Organize PDF pages from their thumbnails: a few moves put each page back in its place, and you can delete pages from PDF files when they don't belong.
A blank page is added at the end of the document, in the size of the last page, and then moves like the others. It's useful for separating two sections or preparing double-sided printing. The pages you keep are copied unchanged: the text stays selectable and the images keep their quality.
Frequently asked questions
Are my files safe?
Yes. Everything happens in your browser: your PDF is never sent to a server and stays on your device.
Where is the blank page added?
At the end of the document, in the size of the last page. Then drag it wherever you want.
Can I rotate a single page?
Yes. Each thumbnail has its own rotate button, a quarter turn at a time. To turn the whole document at once, the Rotate PDF tool is faster.
Can I organize several PDFs together?
No, the tool works on one file of up to 100 MB. To combine several documents, merge them first with Merge PDF.
How do I reorder PDF pages?
Drag each thumbnail to its new place, then click "Save PDF" to download the document in the new order. No account is needed.
